Quality assurance team members care deeply about the quality of the product
produced by the team. They understand the various levels of testing that
an agile team produces and assume that every layer will be 100% automated.
Each quality assurance team member should know that there work begins
before the first line of code is written, and continues until the release
is running soundly in production (and beyond).
* 3-5 years testing database-intensive solutions in a Oracle
environment.
* At least 1-3 years of automated testing using the HP suite,
Cucumber, Selenium, Fitness, or similar tools.
* Experience with MS SQL Server and message-oriented applications a
plus.
