RESPONSIBILITIES • Work on all project phases including fit/gap, configuration, and testing • Assist client in fully integrating the PeopleSoft system into their current business environments and provide input on best practices • Configure the PeopleSoft system to meet each client’s unique business requirements REQUIRED SKILLS • 5+ years PeopleSoft HCM experience • PeopleSoft 9.1 experience or higher • Experience with the full lifecycle of both implementations and upgrades • Professional HR/Payroll business experience • Strong analytical capabilities • Ability to perform fit/gap analysis on business processes against the state and federal regulations • Ability to perform a system fit/gap analysis on the use of delivered PeopleSoft functionality • Ability to identify and communicate process improvement opportunities • Ability to re-design business processes from the ground up for efficiency and to compliment the use of the PeopleSoft Core HR and Payroll modules • Ability to prepare functional system requirements for system changes to support new business processes • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll 9.1 functionality including commitment accounting • Solid understanding of setup tables, W-2s, year-end processing, entire HCM/payroll cycle, processes and reporting • Solid understanding of integration of all modules -- *Thanks&Regards,* * Kiran Kumar,* * 847-307-5966.* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Hot List" group.
