*Position: Production Support* *Duration: 6 months * Can be remote but Atlanta (or close) will be a bonus. The team is a rapid application development team creating quick hit automation applications and tools to benefit the sales, service delivery and service assurance operational organizations. Position is responsible for the management and control of all hardware within the R3 organization. HW supports the numerous tools and applications built and/or maintained by R3. Responsible for adding HW to support new tools, replacing obsolete HW, managing the migration from UNIX to Linux platforms. Position will also matrix manage CGI and non CGI (client and/or other vendors) ensuring these more junior members are performing all their necessary tasks. Position will direct report to the client Technical Director and be a member of his leadership team.
