*Position: QA * *Location: Dallas, TX* *Duration: 10-12 months * *Skype or phone is fine. 10-12 months * *Telecom exp is very huge to have an interview quickly* *Customer Care and Billing Testers* - Experience testing Telecom applications that deal with the ordering and billing of wireline voice and internet services, Fios and TV services is required - Knowledge of telecom technology—how voice and internet products are provisioned for customers is preferred - Experience with AS400, PL/SQL or other SQL and terminal emulator applications is preferred - Experience with testing techniques, phases and tools such as HP ALM. - Experienced with test reporting metrics and statusing - Excellent communication and analytical skills required. - Flexible to accommodate assertive project delivery schedules and demands. *Wholesale (ASR/LSR Testers):* Description: Wholesale is the practice of a telecom allowing another company to resell their service and brand it as its own. This is a tightly regulated process with fines for non-compliance. - Experience testing Wholesale Telecom Systems, LSR and ASR, is required - Experience with Remedy, MetaSolv, DPI, VFO, Viryanet is preferred - Telecom Experience, specifically wholesale conversion project delivery. - Experience with testing techniques, phases and tools such as HP ALM. - Experienced with test reporting metrics and statusing. - Experience with AS400, PL/SQL/ Excel. - Excellent communication and analytical skills required. - Flexible to accommodate assertive project delivery schedules and demands. *Plant Testers:* Description: Plant testing is the verification that the physical equipment in the Central Offices is correct and provides the required service to the customer (sometimes referred to inside and outside plant). Testers doing this type of testing need to be familiar with how internet and voice service is provided to customers. - Experience with the hardware and facilities that provide voice and internet service is required. - Telecom Experience is required. - Experience with testing techniques, phases and tools such as HP ALM. - Experienced with test reporting metrics and statusing. - Experience with AS400, PL/SQL/ Excel. - Excellent communication and analytical skills required. - Flexible to accommodate assertive project delivery schedules and demands *Network Inventory Testers:* Description: Network Inventory deals with the applications that manage the circuits and capacity of the telecom network. - Experience with at least one of these applications is required-- M6, Granite, TIRKS, BAAIS, AAIS-DS or similar applications. M6 is used at Frontier and is preferred. - Telecom Experience is required. - Experience with testing techniques, phases and tools such as HP ALM. - Experienced with test reporting metrics and statusing. - Experience with AS400, PL/SQL/ Excel. - Excellent communication and analytical skills required.
