Analyze root causes of performance issues and provide corrective actions. Troubleshooting skills to resolve complex performance issues. Ability to release & diagnosis Middleware (JVM, Weblogic, JBoss, IIS, etc.), database (Oracle, MSSQL, etc.), Operating system (Linux, Windows) on Virtual Infrastructure. Performance Tuning transaction and improve response times. Health check of Application and Platform for resolving critical issues in Mission Critical Platforms. Excellent communication, collaboration and presentation skills.
