ETL and Banking knowledge Be Responsible for coding and unit testing of applications capable of handling large volumes of data in a batch environment. Assist in the detailed design of the ETL application. Strong Knowledge in Banking and Financial Sector Assist in the triage of code breaks if required Strong knowledge in ETL Projects Update the existing development related technical documents and making sure that they are always current. Expert knowledge of latest BI tools and applications Ex. Informatica, SAP BODS, Datastage etc. Develop and test the ETL application following all ETL standards and architecture. Document the unit and regression test results and fix issues. Ensure compliance of overall design with the SVB enterprise development standards. Support system testing and integration testing activities. *Position:2* *Metadata Developer* *Santa Clara,CA* *6+ Months* *CCAR & Banking Domain knowledge* *Work with standards development teams to develop metadata.* *Monitor development of needed metadata; ensure progress and timely completion of deliverables.* *Strong ETL knowledge with Metadata Technical experience* *Strong knowledge in Banking Industry* *Work experience preferably on CCAR projects* Assist in the development and continued improvement of the standard development process documentation, templates and associated checklists related to metadata development. Identify best practices, lessons learned, areas for potential process improvement and recommend solutions. Prepare and present projects at internal and external meetings. Resolve or escalate issues to management when they arise.
