Provide technical leadership in the software development process for small and medium projects. 2. Ensure the SCS processes are followed for builds and deployments for the assigned projects and applications. 3. Maintain deployment and build schedules for projects and applications. 4. Continuous enhancement of the SCS processes to support required business needs. 5. Work in a Continuous Integration model. 6. Execute build automation strategy. 7. Provide software deployment tool administration and expertise. 8. Build and support metrics and reporting. 9. Other duties and responsibilities as required. *Mandatory Functional Skills* Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: • Strong software configuration management process knowledge • Subversion, Git, Jenkins/Hudson • HP ALM, TeamForge, Jira • Nexus, Pivotal Cloud Foundry (a plus) • Formalized SDLC(Software Development Life Cycle) knowledge • Project Management Skills • Knowledge of Linux or Windows • Scripting Skills (Ant, Perl, Maven, Gradle, Powershell, MSBuild) • HP Fortify, Sonar (a plus) • Business Acumen • Influencing Skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills *Total Experience Required* Education or Equivalent: Minimum required to perform job. • BS in Computer Science, Business or related job experience. Experience or Equivalent: Minimum requirements to perform job. • 3+ years experience in an application development environment using a formal software configuration management methodology process. Requires the ability to develop and manage implementation planning schedules. Must demonstrate the ability to handle multiple projects and coordinate project schedules.
