*Primary Responsibilities:*

   - Work on incidents/problem/change tickets .Triage/plan fixes .
   - Provide on call support for large scale portals as needed.
   - Strong participation in production support and enhancements.
   - Participate/Lead multiple meetings during onshore hours with different
   stakeholders to address escalated issues .
   - Collaborate with distributed teams across the globe for providing
   seamless experience to stakeholders .
   - Coordinate new technology releases with the team.
   - Updating documentation to ensure work product meets UDP/SOX compliance
   requirements
   - Deploy and maintain Applications/Systems


   - Coordinate incidents/problem/change tickets with tea .Triage/plan
   fixes .
   - Strong participation in production support and enhancements
   - Analyze, manage and coordinate new technology releases with the team,
   working closely with business partners to ensure timely completion of
   releases
   - Responsible for overall release management; including: requirements
   gatherings, work intake, prioritization of enhancements, deploy and
   maintain Applications/Systems.
   - Ensure timely completion of releases, for Consumer portal websites
   with the highest quality and least defects; and identify application
   performance and process improvement initiatives and implement the same in
   consultation with project manager.
   - Participate in UDP/SOX Audits.
   - Work with Security team to plan vulnerability tests and plan fixes for
   vulnerabilities identified .
   - Use knowledge of complex enterprise architecture which involves
   understanding of healthcare domain knowledge
   - Provide management status reports

*Required Qualifications:*

   - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
   - 5+ years Java application development experience and production support
   - 5+ years as expert Java J2EE developer (JSP, Servlets, Struts, Spring,
   Log4J, DB2, Oracle and RAD)
   - 5+ years Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes
   - 3+ years Oracle and DB2 experience/running queries
   - Ability to do on call support

*Assets:*

   - Past experience working on production support
   - Past experience with Redhat OSE, AEM , Splunk , new Relic, Dynatrace.
   - Experience with ITIL processes preferred
   - Health Care Industry experience is preferred
   - Possessing good understanding of DEVOPS
