Onsite Roseville, CA Must be American Documented Worker DESCRIPTION The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for reviewing and reporting on the quality of deliverables produced and the processes used to create them. The Quality Assurance Analyst participates in contractually required process management, analysis, and improvement activities. The following is the position profile for the Quality Assurance Analyst: Proficient in EDGE processes for Quality Management, Process Lifecycle Management, Performance and Productivity Improvement, and Enterprise Testing to include, but not limited to: • Ability to plan and manage Quality Assurance, Testing, and Process Management tasks. • Experience in completing quality assurance audits, and providing feedback to development staff and leadership. • Knowledgeable in SDLC, Project Management, and Operations processes. • Proficient in performing SDLC, Project, and Operations work product and contract deliverable reviews (Static Testing), and providing feedback. • Experience in analyzing and reporting on quality and operations performance trends. • Experience in creating written Quality Assurance reports. • Experience in presenting Quality Assurance findings at client facing meetings. • Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives, and lessons learned activities.
