*Role: Business / IT Analyst*
*Location: Sacramento, CA*
*Duration: 6 Months*
*Mandatory Requirements:*

1. Proposer shall submit a one page statement that describes and
summarizes any skills or experience that qualifies the proposed IT Analyst.
2. Experience leading teams composed of IT and business unit
professionals in the areas of documentation and project related support to
include the following types of documentation:
· Process
· Procedures
· Requirements
· Specifications
3. Experience identifying, documenting and publishing documentation
sources while identifying tool(s) and/or platform(s) to host each document
type.
4. Experience with project methodologies and deliverables focused on
maintaining a common documentation model for storing business process
documentation.
5. Strong analytical and organizational skills.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
*Desirable Qualifications *
- Utility experience is highly desired.
- Experience with electric utility business or I.T. processes is highly
desired.
*Assumptions *
- It is expected that the contractor will be available onsite for
meetings and to facilitate the gathering of requirements and
documentation.
- Contractor will be able to work offsite as project work allows and
contractor will be responsible for providing their own workstation and
software when working offsite.
- Rates provided for this developer contractor will be all inclusive
and should be equal to or less than the rates stated in vendor contract
with CLIENT.
- The contractor is expected to establish a direction for the new
common documentation model and to create some active processes
to move both
existing and new documentation to the new model. CLIENT expects
to complete
moving all documentation over a longer period of time. Therefore, the
contract will end when CLIENT feels that the new model hierarchy has been
implemented on each existing identified CLIENT tool or platform.
*Responsibilities *
- CLIENT will provide a hotel workstation while on site
- CLIENT staff will participate part time as needed from both within
I.T. and within the business
