oMinimum seven (7) years of Business Analyst and/or functional support
experience
oBusiness Application Analyst skills with core Payroll applications (ADP
Global View, ADP PCPW, Work Day) and associated ancillary systems served
up in the following models; In-house, Hosted, ASP and/or SAAS.
oExperience with payroll and application integration projects. A plus
will be knowledge on Prevailing Wage and Certified Payroll and
integration activity involved in implementing Payroll solutions.oWorking
knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and Visio
oExperience in development methodologies like AGILE, SCRUM and Waterfall
oWorking knowledge of quality assurance methodologies
oAbility to work independently and as a team player.
oAbility to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
oGood written and oral communication skills.
oAbility to make presentations to both technical and non-technical audiences
oHighly motivated to meet the needs of the assignment
oDemonstrate exceptional decision-making, organizational and time
management skills.
oServe as the primary point of contact for business users needing
functional support and business process interpretation.
