If you are interested please send me your updated resume in MS Word. *Scrum Master * *Southborough, MA* *6+ Months* *Experience in AEM implementation are a Must.* Job Description: • Working closely with the stake holders and supporting and educating the product owners, effectively maintaining and grooming the product log • Removing/resolving impediments and guiding the team with each and every epic/story/task/defect/work request • Creating a no-judge environment and facilitating work without coercion or assigning the work • Coaching and training the team to mature in scrum methodology and making the team a well-oiled machine to tackle more scrum points diligently per sprint • Scrum meetings should be conducted in the morning with “What’s been accomplished, what are you working on and what are the impediments” • Assisting team with the internal as well as external communication, improving precision and making information available to each and every member of the team as well as the stakeholders • Conducting Sprint Review’s/lessons learned and implementing improvements in the team • Providing daily support to the team and leading by example is what we expect from the scrum master.
