Role:Business Analyst Location: Richfield, MN Position: Business Analyst Interview Process: in person in Minneapolis > Looking for Bilingual Spanish/English speaking candidates > Interviews: 60 minute in-person interview with HM and 1 other team member Our client, a top national retailer, is looking for a Business Systems Analyst / Product Analyst to support the migration of their eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will be bilingual in English and Spanish. *MUST HAVE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* - Strong experience in a BA or Product Analyst role - Experience writing clear and well-structured business requirements documents - Experience of following an Agile Methodology - Knowledgeable on business process modeling and process mapping - Proficient comprehension of project management methodologies - Bilingual in Spanish/English *SKILLS/EXPERIENCE* - Experience in Information Technology - Ability to quickly learn organizational structure, business strategies and processes - Ability to resolve minor conflicts/issues - Strong facilitation and presentation skills - Ability to work within a team as well as independently *RESPONSIBILITIES* - Identify and analyze business problems and defines the scope of activities required to address the issues. - Supports the Project Manager in planning, executing, controlling and closing phases. - Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs. - Develop and maintain strong relationship with business partners and internal/external team members. - Translation support between Mexico team, U.S. team, and 3rd party vendors. *Involved in all aspects of projects, including: * - Documentation of project needs. - Analysis/research of needs and possible solutions. - Gather, document and update business requirements. - Review workflow process mapping. - Develop business testing strategies. - Work with project members to execute the test plan. - Recommend preferred solutions and implement recommendations.
