Broadcast the Hotlist to list of the Clients & Prime Vendors / Implementers . Search for matching requirements from vendors and from various Job boards like Dice, Monster,Corp-Corp, carrier builder, indeed, LinkedIn. . Guide the consultant to update the resume as per the requirement and suggest learning the missing skills for his role. . Educate the consultants how to manage with vendor calls, Visa status, ID Proofs.... . Submitting to the matching requirements. . Responsible for rate negotiations for all the bench consultants. . Getting updates from the vendors for Submittal Consultants till closure. . Deep analyzation about the clients or vendors before approaching for cold calling. . Scheduling the candidates for interviews & Handling the interviews. . Marketing the W2 consultants by various routes. . Keeping track of Submissions, Interviews and closure reports and forwarding the same to the management on daily/ weekly basis. .
