Additionally, the candidate must also be capable of providing project based implementation and mentoring services to customers. Support Responsibilities: • Performing data analyses; developing data flow diagrams and computational solutions as necessary to support the business units. • Translate conceptual requirements into functional specs for ETL and Report developers • Providing expertise and support when implementing data results in ongoing business processes. • Ensuring data quality and reliability, and providing feedback to business process owners and to the IT department. • Identifying new data sources that will align data inputs and outputs to enable business processes for the various business units. • Observing current systems and processes and interacting with appropriate personnel to collect and analyze information to support data modeling and analyses. • Cross train team members for full knowledge coverage on team • Help users identify and access appropriate data sources.
