Interpersonal skills to be able to interface effectively with a broad range of contacts from business unit staff to other project team and IT staff/management. 3. Organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent activities & to work successfully under pressure, e.g. *correcting issues found during migration and testing such as BW transformations /ABAP correction, data loads and backend object level testing.* 4. Can deal with ambiguity and requests for change. 5. Strong Visio, SharePoint, MS-Office, MS-Project and BW / Business Objects reporting tool skills and experience. 6. *HANA & BW certification desired.* 7. *Strong analytical and problem solving skills.* 8.
