The UI/UX Specialist spearheads all front-end designs and leads optimization efforts for the business. Recommends and sets up A/B test options to drive increased user experience and follow through. *CREATIVE*: Creates wireframes, storyboards, mockups, user flows, process flows and site maps that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas to internal stakeholders and end-users alike. *DEVELOPMENT*: Develops simple and intuitive websites, microsites & landing pages that effectively communicate the benefits of our brand offerings and can successfully funnel conversions. *BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT AND SALES SUPPORT*: Engages with Business Development/Sales to produce ongoing, interactive presentations using tools such as InVision, Prezi, and Axure that demonstrate our ready-to-use system integration platform for retailers within kiosk, point-of-sale, and eCommerce environments. *SME/BEST PRACTICES UTILIZATION*: Establishes and champions UI design guidelines, best practices and standards across all digital channels. Subject matter expert in web design, UI and overall online user experience methodologies. *PROJECT MANAGEMENT*: Provides project management and creative direction for outside vendors as needed. Delivers on project plan milestones and deliverables.
