*Job Description – SAP Solution Manager*
*1. _JOB DESCRIPTION:_*
The SAP Solution Manager will be responsible implementing Solution
Management insupport of:
•project implementations – including project documentation e.g.,
business process procedures, blueprint, performance indicators.
•operations support – including various test activities, change request
(transport) management.
•systems monitoring – alert monitoring and integration with other 3rd
party tools already owned by the County or in the process of being
acquired, aimed at achieving effective and consistent management of the
SAP application lifecycle.
*2.**_QUALIFICATIONS: _***

*I.**_Minimum: _***
**
•Five (5) years of experience with configuration, implementation,
management and administration of SAP Solution Manager and Application
lifecycle management.
•Having performed Three (3) to five (5) full test cycles including
integration, UAT, parallel (payroll specific), regression, and systems.
•Three (3) years of experience with SAP Testing methodologies and SAP
Test Management module in SAP Solution Manager.
•Three (3) years of experience with SAP project lead responsibilities;
or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
•SAP Solution Manager Certification.

•ITIL Certification
