Qualifications: · 24 x 7 x 365 availability to support production environments (including on-call support) · *Background in Unix administration* · Strong written and verbal communication skills · Strong collaboration skills · Familiarity with system monitoring, and day-to-day operations · Experience with systems and services designed to support multi-million customers is highly desired · Experience with Solaris 10 and RedHat 6. · *Familiarity with Oracle databases and SQL*. · *Familiarity with WebLogic 8.1 and/or 11 G.* · *Familiarity with VOIP and/or cable provisioning.* · Experience with Remedy or other ticketing systems. · Experience with Splunk for data analysis and reporting. · Experience dealing with complex workflows with both technical and business logic constraints.
