Role: voice engineer Location:Columbus, Ohio voice engineer – see below *Must Haves:* - 2-5 yrs. Of experience maintaining and troubleshooting CUCMs (Cisco Unified Call Manager) Clusters and Cisco UNITY *- *Hands on experience and technical knowledge of environments utilizing Cisco IP Telephony, Contact Center, IVR and Call Recording - Cisco Routers and Switches - Experience in an enterprise environment is required *Plusses:* *-* CCNP, CCVP or CCIE Certifications *- *Experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Call Recording & IVR - Previous banking/financial industry experience - Good understanding of Toll Free Routing features and communications protocols such as H323 / SIP/ QoS / QSIG / G.711 / G.729, SRST, private line services from T1 to DS3 *Day to Day:* Insight Global is looking for a Voice Network Engineer to work in an enterprise level environment. This individual is responsible for assisting with implementation of complex voice infrastructure & call center applications. This person will be responsible for implementation of migration strategy for traffic & toll free numbers, load testing & technical documentation for the expanded scope to address contact center needs for First Merit merger. This person will provide engineering assistance with the migration and expansion of the existing enterprise wide Cisco IP telephony platform (CUCM) and Cisco Contact Center (UCCE) system. This person will be maintaining highly available voice network environments by identifying gaps, researching solutions and bugs, installing upgrades, and ensuring best practice compliance. This person will assist with developing and documenting procedures, processes and standards for the Contact Center.
