•     Salesforce.com Advanced Developer Certification is strongly preferred

•     At least 8 years’ experience in Salesforce.com Support/Maintenance &
Development

•     Open to work in 1st and 2nd Shift

•     Experience in Remedy, ALM tools

•     Hands-on experience in delivering products and services in a SaaS
environment

•     Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with other Cloud solutions

•     Experience with technologies that work with Salesforce.com including:
Java, jscript, Force.com platform, Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, HTML, CSS,
JSON, AJAX, SQL, REST/Web Services

•     Experience in moving code from lower sandboxes to production
environment and address issues related to functionality, integration, and
the SDLC

•     Strong analytical skills

•     Strong written and oral communication skills

•      Must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple tasks
simultaneously, own deliverables end to end, prioritize workload
effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.





*Responsibilities*



•     Manage business users, WM IT and offshore team

•     Participates in applications development projects involving multiple
applications that may impact multiple facets of the business

•     Develops enterprise-level information technology solutions by
analyzing, coding, testing, and implementing new and by modifying existing
software applications with full competency

•     Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to
express complex technical concepts in business terms and complex business
concepts in technical terms

•     Self-motivated and independent, able to work with a minimum of
supervision, and able to work well with stakeholders and project staff

•     Works with customers and technical staff to resolve problems with
software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements

•   Exceptional quantitative analytical and problem solving skills

•     Ability to prioritize and multi-task across numerous work streams

•     Demonstrated ability to plan and organize technical work and
deliverables

•     Must have outstanding attention to detail
