We are in need of a *Manager *who has hands on experience working with
(*Minimum
5 years) hands-on PeopleSoft HCM 9.1*. This is not a Project Manager
position it is to manage a large PeopleSoft HCM Payroll/HR system. This is
a phone and Skype to hire. There can be  some flexibility for the right
candidate so please send even if they are over but they are looking for a
manager with 5- 10 years of experience. Candidates in Florida are a

Troubleshoot Technical problems and solutions.

Fix Payroll systems errors.

Federal Payroll and taxes.

To provide payroll system support, meet reporting requirements and gain
efficiencies and improve accuracy through automation.  To assist in special
projects, and research any payroll issues or concerns.  To be knowledgeable
in the payroll system and related regulatory reporting requirements.



*Essential Job Functions:*

   - Troubleshoot technical problems, analyze errors and diagnose
   appropriate resolution
   - Evaluate and recommend to management technical solutions to determine
   business applications
   - Provide payroll report writing support
   - Develop and maintain system
   - Develop project specifications in non-programmatic vernacular
   - Determine and conduct or coordinate system testing for upgrades,
   customizations, or other changes
   - Investigate payroll system error and make recommendations for process
   or system improvements to senior management
   - Conduct training sessions with payroll, benefits, or HR Staff when
   appropriate
   - Maintain payroll exception statistics
   - Maintain issues list related to the payroll systems
   - Produce weekly status reports
   - Partner with payroll users and third party vendors
   - Become expert in report writing, Timekeeping, Payroll, HR and Benefit
   systems
   - Responsible for uploading and exporting third party vendor files
   - Responsible to ensure that all federal tables within the system are
   current and calculate accurately
   - Responsible for the setup of new companies, pay codes, deduction
   codes, and other system table related setups.
   - Responsible for the daily maintenance of the systems to ensure minimal
   downtime.
   - Assist with any other internal and/or external audits relating data
   residing on payroll systems, as deemed necessary
   - Responsible for the preparation and dissemination of management
   reports, working reports, and other specialized reports that utilize the
   information resident in the Companies Payroll and HR System
   - Develop reports for internal and external customers
   - Makes recommendation to senior management on training needs with in
   the payroll, benefits, and HR departments based on system input evaluation
   - Responsible for producing reports to ensure the integrity of data
   input, from a users perspective
   - Performs proper analysis to identify business requirements and system
   impact of the payroll system
   - Provides back up support in the absence of the Director of Payroll
   Services
   - Serves as backup Security officer
   - Responsible for G/L setup and daily table maintenance
   - Responsible for the posting of the biweekly G/L files



*Requirements: *

   - Minimum 5 years of payroll work experience
   - Minimum 5 years of payroll related system experience
   - Minimum 5 years hands-on PeopleSoft HCM 9.1
   - Very strong technical background to maintain payroll systems
   - Adaptable to changing environments
   - Needs to be organized and detailed oriented
   - Ability to follow up on assignments and needs good sense of judgment
   - PC skills of related software, including Word, Excel, Power Point, MS
   Project, and MS Access
   - Ability to write and analyze sequel statements
   - Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of federal, state, and
   local requirements
   - Experience with payroll and HR systems
