at http://linux-fbdev.org/

for drivers you can take a look at e.g. the neomagic-driver
(aviable in directfb-cvs and tarballs in patches/

for userland programming use either direcfb via ist api or take a look at
fbdev.[ch] located in src/core/ in ist source

but be warned, with the start of the new kernel-development-tree 2.5.0
there will be changes in the framebuffer-device api in future
kernelversions because the api at the moment is 'not that what we want to
have till we die ;)'
