Don't get me wrong. I appreciate your interest, but I was looking for
some pointers as to what kind of information to submit here to have
something solid to relate to. Trying to determine the problem just from
which versions and how I configured the various programs can never be
more than guesswork - in which case I would be vasting your time.
(although granted I should have stated those in my initial post). If
only the damned thing would crash on me - then I could have posted an
error message, a backtrace and what have you. But as it is - it seems to
be running fine apart from given me a picture. This really bothers me,
as I don't know where to look.
