IGP chipsets have stricter requirements for setting up the
MC_FB_LOCATION, *_BASE_ADDR and DEFAULT_OFFSET registers. The DirectFB
driver doesn't deal with these at all yet, and maybe radeonfb doesn't
set them up correctly.
