Oh, you're of course right. 0.9.22 was released such a long time ago
that assuming that a cvs snapshot of the upcoming 0.9.23 has the repeat
flag would fail with high probability.

I already did, because DFB++ configure needs it. I will try to make a
better patch for softdevice in a few days, unless someone gets around
to it earlier.
