> How do you prevent the xorg radeon driver from loading? I take it you are running X at the same time? I just rebooted to initlevel 3, without X at all. If X running at the same time, DirectFB applications on init(with this experimental r100 driver) show black screen and looks like freeze the system, but keyboard still work(caps, num toggle, ctrl-alt-del reboots the system etc). Even if X were shut down, the conflict remains, so the only working way for me is to reboot without X.
