ATM, that's still the easyest way i know to run a decent HTML browser on 
top of DFB.
About the chain of dependencies, IIRC, you'll have to co libgtkhtml2 
from gnome cvs repo picking the snapshot dated the same day as the entry 
in chris lord's post about web, apply patches, compile it against gtkdfb 
libs and then build web.
I also know mike emmel was writing a gdk backend to gtkwebcore: mike any 
progress on this? I'd like to build a debian web-installer [1] image 
including a browser too.. :)
