Hey Guys,
I am considering using DirectFB on an Amd GeodeLX based embedded pc
(x86)
but dont know where to start writing the driver.
The Graphics Processor is available through AMD's Cimmarron Kernel
library,
Only Imageblit / fillrect and imageblit with Alpha are accelerated.
If Possable, i would rather not have to write a driver,
Ideally, i would preffere to just map DirectFB's hardware accelerated
calls to the existing AMD Cimarron driver functions.
Can anyone offer any documentation on writing DirectFB Graphics
Drivers ???
or sugest a good place to start ?
Im currently wading through the lastest release code, specifically the
matrox code in /gfxdrivers/matrox
