Hm, last tested kernel here is 2.6.27-rc8.
Yeah, the <linux/mm.h> has been fixed, but the fusion module has not 
been released afterwards.
Looks like device creation has changed somewhat, continuous headache that..

Maybe it is best to retry with the latest code:
http://git.directfb.org/?p=core/linux-fusion.git;a=tree;h=master;hb=master
and click on 'snapshot' for a tar.gz file.
