Hi,

Allthough I must agree that the transparent windows looked awesome,
there were a few things that bugged me and made me go back to normal X11.

- bad documentation ... it was pretty hard to figure lots of stuff out
with hardly any docs out there.
- No root window! i tried the bg-file = "" in my .directfbrc with no
success. but that wasn't the worst part. My window manager(s) respond to
a right click on the root menu and then pop up a menu. Well without a
root window it wasn't responding to my clicks and no menu's where
popping up. So i had to use an xterm that opened at startup ...
- and having capslock as modifier key, my typeing started with caps a
lot. (very annoying) maybe a diff modifer key, or maybe let it not
change the caps setting if wheel is beeing turned
- VERY slow X startup ... what's causing this? (I have a voodoo3 on a
pIII 1ghz with mtrr)
- unable to get console back after exiting X. The alt-sysrq-r trick
works ... until X is actually all up and running .. then .. no more
console (on that vt and i know i saw SOMEwhere how to setup more vt and
have diffrent vc use diffrent vt but i don't remember where I saw this)

I'm sorry if I sound all negative, because the transparancy was great!.
Slow (in xterms doing ls for instance used up a LOT of cpu and was just
slow) but awesome
i took some screenshots to show off .....and went back to my working
XFree86 : (

great work however and keep it up!
