Hello, I have a question about the general performance I can expect from directfb.
I need a display with tvout and fullscreen video, and one for controlling it. I solved the problems on a G550 by using directfb for the tvout/Xdirectfb for the second head. wich is the only solution to have tvout fullscreen in a decent way at the moment. but on my G400 I can have accellerated tvout on the first head an non-accellerated X on the second, built something with Xdirectfb, or don't use X at all, only plain directfb for controlling my application first head and the tvoutput with the second head I tried testing the performance in different configurations, but it seems tvout is faster with X. Would it matter to configure the (accellerated) first head as tvoutput or isn't that an issue with directfb at all? p.s.
