I do not think that a P650 (I think there is no G650) will work. Matrox is not releasing any documentation for never cards and the P650 seems to be a low cost stripped down Parhelia judging from what can be read here:

Sorry, but I think it will never be possible to support never cards because noone wants to release register level documentation for their cards.
