So it works now with the option 'no-vt-switch'
but I have a next problem here...

If I load the matroxfb modules during the boot sequence (with entry
in /etc/modules (debian sid)) then freevo or mplayer with dfbmga doesnt
work... But it shows no errors

If I load it later, after the boot sequence, then I can use the both programs
without any problem...

I use the same paramaters for this module etc...

What can I do?
