There is at least one bot subscribed to *this* list. (I can prove this to anybody who is interested, I have mentioned it before.) If the human who subscribed the bot reads any of the posts then they will happily spam the wiki whether Google lists it or not. (If they consider the list subscribers to be useful target material then so will be readers of the wiki.)
