Didn't I read someone adding the patcher2k driver to a 2.6.13 ?

One way to tell is where the module is located : patcher2k is located in
./drivers/video/cle266, while Viaarena creates a viafb.ko module in
./drivers/video

That is based on 2.6.11 + patch (patcher2k) or tar.gz distro (viaarena),
so may not apply to 2.6.13
