Hi, I'm trying to run the sample program in the DirectFB tutorials, Simple fullscreen application that draws a horizontal line. The program stops at the line 48 with following message. (#) DirectFBError [DirectFBCreate(&dfb)]: Initialization error!
My environment is uBuntu 7.10 and I'm using vga16fb instead of vesafb. The sample program can run up to line 47, and then the error happen in the line 48. Would you please let me know how to analyze problems in my DirectFB installation. Best regards, Susumu
