My app works similar to a vnc app and it retrieves surfaces that are Blit'd to the screen. The problem for me is this continues even if the HDMI monitor that is connected is turned off. Directfb reconnects properly after the monitor is turned on, but I need to get a state change to reset HDMI audio. Is there a dfb test to see if HDMI has been disconnected or check the connection state?
