Hi Prageeth,

Alternatively, you can look at LiTE:
http://www.directfb.org/index.php?path=Main%2FDownloads&page=2
this is higher level than DirectFB and will offer general toolkit-elements like buttons and sliders.

Compile it and look at the examples; it only relies on DirectFB and has a small footprint.

Hi Martin,

Thank you for the pointer. I checked and it certainly looks interesting.
However, I am on a very small footprint device which cannot afford
x11,libxml etc. Hence, trying to do it in a very basic fashion..

Any help appreciated.

Thanks,
Prageeth

Have a look at Disko - http://www.diskohq.org/
