Why GetSurfce() for layer is available only in exclusive mode?
If I create video provider, and want to display video file to video layer surface, first I need to get this video layer surface, to play video file with PlayTo().
But what if I wont to have two applications which want to display some video files, and if both try to SetCooperativeLevel() to _EXCLUSIVE only to get the window layer surface?
