Hello everyone,
I've tried the example program df_video to play an avi file, but it doesn't
work.. (i run on an X86 machine with ubuntu Lucid (on a virtualbox).
I've installed avifile-player and some others avifile packages, and i've
tried to install Directfb-extra but couldn't have more videoproviders
installed for directfb (why?)..
i've tried to re-configure directfb-extra with disabling some features :
*Building Video Providers:
AviFile yes
Flash no
Libmpeg3 no
OpenQuicktime no
Xine yes
Swfdec no
FFmpeg no
*but it hasn't installed avifile videoprovider in the library of directfb...
the ones I have are :
(here --> /usr/lib/directfb-1.2-0/interfaces/IDirectFBVideoProvider/)
libidirectfbvideoprovider_gif.a libidirectfbvideoprovider_gif.so
libidirectfbvideoprovider_gif.o libidirectfbvideoprovider_v4l.a

I don't know what's going on...why avifile is not installed even with
directfb-extra... so if anyone could help me ..
