AFAIK that is indeed what happens... Of course, as long as there are enough vaults to do, you shouldn't have dirvish simultaneously doing the same vault. If you don't manage to do all your vaults in 24 hours, consider running it less often, e.g. every 2 days. Otherwise consider splitting the vaults up into two "groups", and run a second dirvish-runall with a different config. This has been discussed before on the list. Of course, if the disks / network is the bottleneck, that won't help that much.
