I upgraded the wiki to use a "captcha" for human authentication, and it is writeable again. If you are visually impaired and cannot read the captcha, send your changes to me or another member of the list and have them change it.
In the longer term, I may upgrade the list to TWiki, but the captcha gets us back on line for now. Captcha isn't perfect, but it should slow down at least some of the bots so I can do something besides clean up after them.
