No, with rsync exclude / include patterns you can include *.pst and
exclude the rest, for example...:
exclude:
+ profile/
+ *.pst
- *
(not tested!)

The exclude patterns are passed directly to rsync; rsync does all the
hard work, dirvish is really only a sort wrapper to rsync.
