   What the heck, why not keep it unmounted when not being used?

   Here's what I wrote as dirvish-backup.sh to be run from cron:

MAILTO=rshepard
TS=`date`
mount /media/hd0
/sbin/dirvish-expire --quiet
/sbin/dirvish-runnall --quiet
umount /media/hd0
echo "$TS - Dirvish Backup Completed" | mail $MAILTO
exit 0

   Comments and suggestions wanted.

TIA,

Rich
