All, Yeah. Dave figured it out. I used array syntax vice single line variable. Curious all my other defaults are single line but lib64 was not, so only lib64 failed. Also, cannot figure out how the vault initialized since I think I used the same default config. Anyway, both the dry run and dirvish --vault bu-lib64 worked perfectly after changing the default conf.
So chalk this one up to "operator headspace error."
