Icinga/Nagios woke me up in the morning, cause a negative value for the
Duration is a obviously a critical event.

I googled for these scripts, cause i hoped to not having to write it
myself. At the end, i wrote the monitoring plugin myself.
I doubt that many people use the values in these files.

But I understand your argument, maybe you could create additional keys
with timestamps with timezone, like:

  Backup-begin-TZ: 2016-10-30 02:58:47 +0200
  Backup-complete-TZ: 2016-10-30 02:02:09 +0100

or have a configuration option to setup a TimeZone for dirvish to use
instead of 'localtime'.
