The URL for 512px tiles is
https://maps.wikimedia.org/osm-intl/{zoom}/{x}/{y}@2x.png. Allowed
scales are 1.3, 1.5, 2, 2.6, and 3. I'm not sure if the allowed list is
publicly defined/documented anywhere, so it could be subject to change,
but I'd count on 2x remaining.
