I am following the [official tutorial on generating LST files](https://cv.gluon.ai/build/examples_datasets/detection_custom.html#sphx-glr-build-examples-datasets-detection-custom-py) for GluonCV. There it says to hard-code the header values to `A = 4` and `B = 5`. Now I am curious - what do these magic numbers mean? Do I have to use these in any case?
