   ## Summary of Changes

Hello @junrushao, I'm Gemini Code Assist[^1]! I'm currently reviewing this
pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a
summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request enhances the module loading mechanisms by introducing a
`keep_module_alive` flag to various loading APIs. This flag, enabled by
default, ensures that dynamically loaded modules are persistently held in a
global registry, preventing their premature unloading and addressing potential
use-after-free errors. The change involves modifications to both the Python
frontend and the C++ backend to manage module lifecycles more robustly.

   ### Highlights

   * **New `keep_module_alive` Flag**: Introduced a `keep_module_alive: bool =
True` flag to `load_module`, `cpp.load_inline`, and `cpp.load` APIs. This flag,
enabled by default, ensures that loaded modules are retained in a global
registry, preventing premature unloading.
   * **Module Unloading Prevention**: When `keep_module_alive` is `True`, the
module maintains a reference count within `ModuleGlobals` inside
`libtvm_ffi.so`, preventing Python from unloading it until the program exits or
it's manually closed.
   * **New Internal APIs**: Two private C++ FFI APIs,
`_ffi_api.ModuleGlobalsAdd` and `_ffi_api.ModuleGlobalsRemove`, were added to
manage the global module registry, allowing modules to be explicitly added or
removed from the 'alive' list.
   * **Bug Fixes and Stability**: This change is intended to resolve existing
issues #264 and #322, which likely relate to module unloading problems, and
supersedes a previous attempt in #331, improving overall stability.
